Welcome to DocuRevive. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuRevive ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocuRevive is a document intelligence platform that uses AI to:

• •Extract text and data from documents (OCR)
• •Identify entities (people, companies, dates, etc.)
• •Enable conversational search across documents
• •Organize and categorize documents automatically
• •Discover connections between documents

3. User Accounts

To use DocuRevive, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• •Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• •Use the Service in a way that violates any laws or regulations

5. Credits & Billing

DocuRevive operates on a credit-based system:

• •Credits are consumed when you upload documents or run analyses
• •Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• •Unused credits do not expire
• •Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using DocuRevive, you grant us a limited license to:

• •Process your documents using AI
• •Store your documents securely
• •Display results back to you

We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties (except our infrastructure providers: Azure, Cloudflare).

7. AI Accuracy & Limitations

DocuRevive uses AI to process documents. While we strive for accuracy:

• •AI may make errors in OCR, entity extraction, or analysis
• •Results should be reviewed and verified by you
• •We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• •Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• •Experience unplanned downtime due to infrastructure issues
• •Modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• •Violate these Terms
• •Engage in fraudulent activity
• •Fail to pay for services

Upon termination, your documents will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuRevive and Infrastacks LLC shall not be liable for:

• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• •Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
